i think it is an enriching experience..and i fancy the man rotten anyway...i always tell him..if i live to be niney and all my teeth are gone..i will still fancy him and date him..i definately believe in dating after marriage lol..it is so exciting..i can't wait.. | |

| dance-movie marathon | | in just about 8 hours, my girls are coming over for a movie marathon slash food trip. the theme for this reunion's movies is: latin dance, to reminice those college days when we lead easy lives and dancing nights. i am reviewing the movies on my list.1. dirty dancing, the original. still brings that smile and sigh combination. i just realized the dancing is not that 'dirty' compared to the more recent dance moves, but this is still a feel-good movie for me.2. dirty dancing, havanna nights. talk about h-o-t. i think diego luna is just right for the part, and the dancing, the music, i love. i'm prepared to screech.3. dance with me. i only love the salsa scene, chaotic and fun.i beg: what else, what else? | |

| Core Rhythms DVD set, have any of you used this form of exercise to get fit? | | The Core Rhythms infomercial was just on TV. And boy, did they ever make this exercise video set sound great! It includes 8 exercise DVDs, teaching the Latin dance moves that focus on getting your "core" into shape. Core mean "the torso", according to my interpretation. I must say that it looks like quite the workout. Plus, it really seems like it would be a fun workout. Len Goodman, the persnickety judge on "Dancing with the Stars" even endorsed Core Rhythms.Do you own Core Rhythms? If you do, do you use it? How often? If you don't use it, do you think it's something you would use to get exercise or not? Let me know your opinion about Core Rhythms. After all, we all need some kind of motivation to get up and m-o-v-e! | |

| I just started a Zumba class!! | | My sister and I just started taking a Zumba class. It kinda mixes aerobics with latin dance. I wasn't sure I was going to like it... I haven't done any cardio exercise in many years. But it was a blast!!! I highly recommend it!! Has anyone tried it or anything similar? What do you think of it?
